Yesterday, the sun was out in its full glory and the sea-wall was relatively quiet until the afternoon when folks in their hundreds gathered for the regular "Sunday afternoon Lime".It was a pleasure watching families admiring the paintings. A small group worked feveriously to complete a large piece but had to give up because of bad light!
Several families came to the sea-wall and spent hours painting pictures. There was a special group from the Santa Mission. These Amerindian children left their homes on the Kamuni Creek, very early in the morning to be at the site at 8 o'clock. They worked all day and returned at 4 in the afternoon.
here are some photos of yesterday's activities.
